I can definitely help you with a bike rack to carry your e-bike with your 2020 Toyota Prius Prime but unfortunately there aren't any trunk mount bike racks compatible with the Prime model, and even if there were, most of them have a weight capacity of 35 lbs per bike - the most I've ever seen is 37.5 lbs per bike and it was a specialty trunk mount rack.

I may have a solution for you, but the Saris Guardian 2 # SA93FR has a 35-lbs per bike capacity, so the total capacity isn't really as important as the single bike capacity. In this case, your 49-lbs cruiser bike would not be able to be safely carried on this rack since it is higher than the recommended capacity for a single bike; the weight capacity of the Saris Guardain is partially controlled by the cradles and the securing straps, so it's going to be limited. It looks like the Kuat 4 Bike Racks : # KU77FR, # NV22B-NA22B, # KU58ZR, & # KU45VR you're referring to, all require a 2" hitch and unfortunately only a class I 1 1/4" hitch is offered for your Mazda.

I recommend using the SeaSucker Komodo Trunk Bike Rack # 298-BK1910-AB as the Thule Passage Trunk Bike Rack # TH910XT is only rated for bikes up to 35lbs.
